皆さまに安心してお寛ぎいただけるよう、ご滞在にあたってのご案内をまとめました。
ご到着前に一度お目通しいただけますと幸いです。
Thank you for choosing "Umi to Yuhi — Turquoise Serenity —". We have prepared this guide to help you enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay. Please take a moment to read through it before your arrival.
01 / Before Arrival
１．到着前のご案内
ご入室について Entry to the Villa
玄関はテンキー式のオートロックです。解錠番号と入室手順は、ご到着前日にAirbnbメッセージにてお送りいたしますので、必ずご確認をお願いいたします。
The entrance has a keypad auto-lock. We will send you the access code and entry instructions via Airbnb message the day before your arrival. Please be sure to check the message in advance.
宿泊者名簿のご提出 Guest Registration
旅館業法に基づき、ご宿泊者全員のお名前・ご住所・ご連絡先のご提出をお願いしております。ご到着の前日までに、Airbnbメッセージよりお知らせください。
（フォーマットはありませんので、直接メッセージに記入ください。）
なお、日本国外にお住まいのお客様は、パスポートの写しもあわせてご提出ください。
In accordance with the Japanese Hotel Business Act, we ask all guests to provide their full name, address, and contact information by the day before arrival via Airbnb message. Guests residing outside of Japan are also kindly requested to submit a copy of their passport.

３．お部屋・設備のご利用について
家具・備品について Furniture & Amenities
お部屋の家具は、最適な配置で設えております。ソファ・ダイニングテーブル・ベッド等の移動はご遠慮ください。
また、室内の備品（タオル・クッション・食器・折り畳み椅子/テーブル等）の浜辺への持ち出しはご遠慮ください。
The furniture has been arranged for the best comfort and view. Please refrain from moving sofas, dining tables, or beds. Indoor amenities such as towels, cushions, and tableware are not to be taken to the beach.
オーシャンデッキの備品についてOcean Deck Items
オーシャンデッキでご使用いただいた折りたたみテーブル・チェア等は、ご就寝前およびチェックアウト前にシーラウンジの隅へお戻しください。収納までは不要です。潮風や夜露による劣化を防ぐため、ご協力をお願いいたします。
Please return any folding tables and chairs used on ocean deck to the corner of the sea launge before going to bed and before check-out. No need to store them away. This helps protect them from sea breeze and night dew.
調理器具・食器のご利用について Kitchenware
調理器具・食器類は、洗浄のうえ水切りマットやトレーに乗せてキッチンカウンターの上にお置きください。
拭き上げ・収納は不要です。
Please wash used kitchenware and place it on the drying mat and the tray on the kitchen counter. There is no need to dry or put it away.
布団・リネンについて Bedding & Linens
お一人さま一式のお布団・リネンをご用意しております。和室およびソファベッドはセルフメイクでお願いいたします。ご使用後のリネン・布団は、押入れにしまわず、たたまずそのままの状態でお帰りください。
One set of futon and linens is provided per guest. For the Japanese-style room and sofa bed, please make up the bedding yourself. Upon departure, please leave the linens and futon as they are without folding or storing them.
洗濯物について Laundry
洗濯機をご利用いただけます。物干しは、洗濯機横の折りたたみ式（外干し用）と、リビング奥の物干し（内干し用）をご用意しております。お好みに応じてお使いください。
A washing machine is available. For drying, please use the foldable rack next to the washer (for outdoor use) or the indoor rack at the back of the living room.
04 / Meals
４．お食事について
当ヴィラはお食事のご提供がない自炊型となっております。
キッチン設備・調理器具・食器は一通り揃えております。
なお、調味料は岩塩・ブラックペッパー・オイルのみご用意しております。
その他必要な食材・調味料はお客様にてご持参ください。
＊尚、氷はございませんので、必要な場合、ご持参ください。
This is a self-catering villa, and meals are not provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and tableware. We provide only rock salt, black pepper, and cooking oil as basic seasonings. Please bring any other ingredients or seasonings you may need.Ice is not provided. So please bring your own if needed.

05 / After Swimming
５．海水浴・浜辺遊びのあとに
裏口の足洗い場をご利用ください Foot Washing Area at the Back Door
海水浴・浜辺遊びのあとは、裏口に足洗い用のシャワーをご用意しております。お足元の砂をしっかり落としてから、裏口より室内へお入りください（中からの開錠が必要です）。室内の砂は、次のお客様のご滞在にも影響いたしますので、ご協力をお願いいたします。
A shower for rinsing feet is provided at the back door. Please rinse off the sand from your feet thoroughly before entering through the back door (the door needs to be unlocked from inside). Sand inside the villa can affect future guests' stays, so your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
06 / Garbage Sorting
６．ゴミの分別について
当施設では、3分別をお願いしております。なお、ゴミのお持ち帰りは不要です。
冷蔵庫横の分別表をご確認のうえ、所定の場所へお出しください。
We ask guests to sort garbage into three categories. You do not need to take garbage home with you. Please refer to the sorting guide posted next to the refrigerator.

(rain may cause damage) A rain tarp is provided. Please set it up according to the instructions.For your safety, please do not use it in string winds. |

08 / Fireworks
８．花火のご案内
夏の夜、波音とともに花火をお楽しみいただけます。
Enjoy hand-held fireworks on summer nights with the sound of waves.

花火を点火するマッチ、ライターなどご持参ください。
Please bring your own matches or lighter to light the fireworks.

９．滞在中のお願い
皆さまに気持ちよくお過ごしいただくため、また次のお客様にも同じ環境でお迎えできるよう、以下の点にご協力をお願いいたします。
To ensure everyone has a pleasant stay, and to welcome future guests in the same condition, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following.
全面禁煙 No Smoking
室内・オーシャンデッキ・玄関・裏口・駐車場を含む敷地内すべて禁煙とさせていただいております（電子タバコ含む）。喫煙の際は携帯灰皿をご持参のうえ、敷地外でお願いいたします。
No smoking anywhere on the property, including indoors, the Ocean Deck, the entrance, the back entrance, and the parking area. This includes e-cigarettes and vapes. Please smoke outside the property and use a portable ashtray.
土足厳禁 No Shoes
室内、オーシャンデッキは土足厳禁です。玄関にて靴をお脱ぎください。
Please remove your shoes at the entrance. Shoes are not allowed inside the villa or on the ocean deck.
イベント利用不可 No Parties or Events
パーティー・撮影・イベント目的でのご利用はご遠慮ください。
Use of the villa for parties, photo shoots, or events is not permitted.
近隣へのご配慮を Consideration for Neighbors
21:00以降はお静かにお願いいたします。近隣住民の皆さまへのご配慮として、夜間の大きな声・音楽はお控えください。
Please keep noise to a minimum after 21:00. Out of consideration for our neighbors, kindly refrain from loud voices or music at night.
ペット不可 No Pets
ペットの同伴は不可とさせていただいております。
Pets are not permitted at this property.
定員数の順守 Maximum Occupancy
予約者以上のご宿泊はお断りいたします。最大定員数は１０名様です。２，３名様の超過は事前に予約時にお問い合わせください。
Overnight stays are limited to the number of guests listed in your reservation. The maximum occupancy is 10 guests. If you wish to add 2–3 extra guests, please contact us in advance at the time of booking.
10 / Damage & Repair Charges
１０．修理代等のご負担について
以下のケースに該当する場合、状況により修理代・清掃代・備品代等のご負担をお願いすることがございます。あらかじめご了承ください。
In the following cases, guests may be asked to cover repair, cleaning, or replacement costs. Thank you for your understanding.
- 施設・設備・家具・備品等の破損、故障、汚損、紛失
Damage, malfunction, staining, or loss of the property, facilities, furniture, or amenities - 喫煙・BBQ・香水等による残臭
Lingering odors from smoking, BBQ, perfume, or other strong scents - ご申告のない定員超過でのご利用、および定員以上の寝具・リネンのご使用
Undeclared occupancy exceeding the limit, or use of additional bedding/linens - ゴミの散乱・整理整頓不足により通常以上の清掃時間を要した場合
Excessive mess or lack of tidiness that results in extended cleaning time and additional service fees - その他、通常の清掃では原状回復が困難な場合
Any other case where ordinary cleaning cannot restore the original condition
不慮の事故等が発生した際は、隠さずに速やかにオーナーまでご連絡ください。誠実にご対応いただいた場合は、ご相談のうえ柔軟に対応いたします。
If an accident occurs, please contact the owner promptly without hesitation. We will respond flexibly through honest communication.

- 黄色い安全ピンを引き抜く
Pull out the yellow safety pin - ホースを火元に向ける
Aim the hose at the base of the fire - レバーを強く握り、噴射する
Squeeze the lever firmly to discharge
火災発生時は、まず身の安全を確保し、119番へご通報のうえ、オーナーへもご連絡ください。
In case of fire, prioritize your safety, call 119 immediately, and also contact the owner.
