２．料金適用の年齢区分
ご宿泊料金は、お客様の年齢により以下のとおり適用されます。

３．最大宿泊人数
ご宿泊定員は最大10名様までとさせていただいております。
多少の人数追加につきましては、条件によりお受けできる場合もございますので、Airbnbメッセージにてお気軽にお問い合わせください。
The maximum occupancy is 10 guests. For slightly larger groups, please feel free to inquire via Airbnb message — we may be able to accommodate depending on conditions.
04 / Booking Period
４．予約可能期間
原則として、3か月先までのご予約を承っております。
それ以降のご宿泊につきましても、仮予約という形でお受けできる場合がございますので、Airbnbメッセージよりお問い合わせください。
Reservations are generally accepted up to 3 months in advance. For stays beyond that period, tentative bookings may be available — please contact us via Airbnb message.
05 / Cancellation Policy
５．キャンセルポリシー
ご予約後のキャンセルについては、以下のポリシーを適用いたします。
The following cancellation policy applies after booking.

ご宿泊日が 7月5日 の場合 → 6月30日まで のキャンセルは全額返金
If check-in is July 5, cancellations made by June 30 receive a full refund.

６．ご予約の流れ
Airbnbページへアクセス Visit the Airbnb page
ページ下部の「Airbnbで予約する」ボタンより、当ヴィラのAirbnbページへお進みください。
日程・人数の入力 Enter dates and guests
ご希望のチェックイン・チェックアウト日、ご宿泊人数をご入力ください。
料金の確認 Confirm the price
Airbnb上で最終的なご宿泊料金・サービス料・税金が表示されます。ご確認のうえ、次へお進みください。
予約申請・お支払い Request & payment
Airbnbの案内に従って、予約申請とお支払い手続きを完了してください。
宿泊者名簿のご提出 Submit guest registration
ご到着前日までに、ご宿泊者全員のお名前・ご住所・ご連絡先をAirbnbメッセージにてお知らせください（日本国外にお住まいの方はパスポートの写しもあわせて）。
解錠番号のご案内・ご到着 Access code & arrival
ご到着前日に、玄関テンキーの解錠番号をAirbnbメッセージにてお送りします。当日はセルフチェックインでご入室いただけます。
